Enjoy yourself with other beaders and jewellery-makers at this great fair - exchange ideas and learn to bead. Call in the morning or stay the weekend, than combine with a lake cruise on an Ullswater steamer, which is just 7-miles south. It's great around the Lake District in August!
The new-built venue has air-con & wifi, but limited free parking. However, not a problem on a Sunday. For locals, bus X5 runs every hour on Sunday from Penrith to Workington - get off at the Methodist Church in Stainton, then just 1-minute walk to the hall.
The hall is under 5-minutes from M6 Junction 40, and 9-minutes from the centre of Penrith - and 10-minutes from Ullswater.
