6 Week Mosaic Course. Week Six

Join Sheila Downing for a 6 week evening mosaic course this summer.
You will spend three weeks learning different techniques to make a choice of small mosaics, followed by three weeks on a bigger project using your preferred mosaic method.
Expect to create three very different smaller mosaics and one larger piece to take home by the end of the course.
Week 1: small hanging mosaic, using direct method. (Glue)
Week 2: free-standing mosaic made with china crockery, using direct method. (Tile adhesive)
Week 3: coaster using indirect method.
Weeks 4-6: Larger project using any one of the three techniques we have learnt to create a larger mosaic.
All materials, substrates, tools, PPE, tuition, advice and help included.
Tuesday evenings 6pm to 9pm
8th of July to 12th of August.
£210- per person for the course.
