The REACH Program for Teens

2nd and 4th Monday of each month
7:00pm-8:30pm
REACH is an acronym for the five principles we work through while meeting in the group. Discussions and actives will always be considered in conjunction with one or more of the principles below:
~ Resilience will be seen through the framework of "growing from our mistakes". Inevitably, the errors in our live work as compasses and pint us in the directions we need to grow.
~ Empowered by the group, individuals will feel empowered to have their voice heard. In a safe environment the group is encouraged to actively listen to others and at the same time have their own voice heard.
~ Acceptance of who we are and things we cannot control will help reduce anxieties many of us feel on a daily basis.
~ Compassion for ourselves, each other and the program will be at the heart of all of the work we do together.
~ Hope is about the potential inside all of us. With every breath there is the opportunity for change in whatever direction we choose.
