New Minowa Players presents The Pirates of Penzance as the finale to our 2024-25 Season, June 26-29, 2025, at the Decorah High School Auditorium.
Set sail on a rollicking journey with The Pirates of Penzance—so full of catchy tunes, witty banter, and swashbuckling fun, it’ll have you singing sea shanties and laughing 'til you walk the plank! Featuring a group of bumbling pirates, a hero stuck in a contract (because who reads the fine print, right?), and a group of loyal daughters, this comedy of errors is bound to leave you hooked. Add in a loving nursery maid, a Major General, a few clueless policemen, and a whole lot of singing about "duty," and you’ve got the most ridiculous seafaring adventure since…well, ever.
