If you are new to the fitness center or simply would like to break up the monotony of your exercise routine, we are here to help you make this transition by educating you on the many different ways you can improve your overall fitness. In addition to the variety of assessments, orientations, and programming that we offer to you as part of your membership, we also provide how-to clinics designed to teach you how to do exercises safely, help you stay motivated, and add variety to a workout. Balance and stability exercises are always beneficial for the older adult population. But did you know that through research, there are greater amounts of exercises that can be included through joint strategies? Join us for this month’s fitness clinic discussing functional exercises and various joint strategies used to enhance balance and stability with various tools and greater options!
