CarePortal is a real-time technology platform that bridges the gap between child-serving agencies and local churches and community members. When a local child or family is in crisis—whether they need a crib, groceries, or help with transportation—CarePortal allows trained churches and responders to step in and help.
You’ll learn how this powerful tool is preventing unnecessary foster care placements, stabilizing families, and building stronger community connections. The team from Crosswell will also share about their broader mission in foster care and residential group home care, and how businesses like yours can engage with purpose.
