The Doodle Lab

The Doodle Lab is a unique class that will be harnessing the power of imagination and illustration to create detailed artworks that are scientifically proven to be awesome! This week long summer class is similar to our weekly course Serious Art Kids in which the projects are a little more challenging and will require much more focus and attention to detail. Students will be creating a new drawing based project each day that will have more elaborate detail and require more precision and effort, but the results are guaranteed to be impressive!

This is not a beginners art class, but rather a class intended for kids who have already been practicing and developing their art skills on their own for several years.

Project demonstrations in this class will be more complex and will require students be able to listen carefully and follow multiple steps and sequences.

Because we will be moving at a slightly quicker pace, being able to stay focused while patiently working for 2 hours will be important.

Students will learn new skills every day by working with a variety of art tools, materials, and techniques.

Students will develop an increased confidence in their art making abilities

While we certainly still intend to have fun making art, this class will definitely be more serious in nature and will require students to focus and work hard in order to complete the project each week.
