2025 NEKS APA Player Appreciation Tournament
Location: Boulevard Billiards
Date: July 18th-20th
Format: Team Captain Style (Open to all players) Must be on a active Summer Session Roster in the NEKS APA (8 or 9 Ball)
Players must have played a total of 10 Matches in the NEKS APA in the last year. 8 & 9 Ball matches may be combined to reach the 10 total matches required.
Details:
Max of 5 Players on Roster (Only 3 Play per round)
Max Handicap of the 3 Players cannot exceed 15
Only one senior skill level may play per round (6 or 7)
Entry Fee Deadline JUNE 30th 2025

Handicaps will not lock until the tournament starts then they will not be changed once tournament starts.
Roster changes can be made anytime before the tournament starts
8 Ball Handicaps only will be used for this format
If a player doesn't play 8 Ball they can still play but we will use their 9 Ball Handicap.
Round Robin Format Friday Night 7 P.M. Start Time
Round Robin play will resume Saturday at 9 A.M.
Top 24 teams advance to a Single Elimination Bracket Beginning Saturday Night (7 P.M. Estimation)
Play will continue Sunday 10 A.M. until finished
The top finishing teams after the Round Robin format is complete will advance to a Single Elimination Bracket. Exact number from each Group will be determined by the size of the field.
