Join us for a jam-packed 45 minutes of magic, juggling, and music with Happy the Clown, A.K.A. “The Candyman” at the library! This event will be held in the park behind the library. You don’t need to register. Family fun for all ages.
*Victor Thomas (Happy) is a special needs youth educator by trade and has also been a variety artist for over 30 years, performing throughout the Midwest.
