Cocoon in Sound

With much interest in the first session I’m thrilled to bring this very unique sound experience to Plymouth, this time in an evening.

Enjoy an hour of absolute bliss cocooned in an aerial hammock, immersed in Sound.

*Cocoon - something that envelops someone in a protective or comforting way.

This is a beautifully blissful experience, a combination of weightlessness and sound creates the perfect environment for meditation. As you float in your hammock, the soothing sound journey guiding you into a deep state of mindfulness, an opportunity to let go of thoughts and relax deeply.

Please arrive by 7pm, to allow time park, plenty of free parking, to settle in your hammock for a prompt start at 7.15pm
