Oasis Chorale | Albany, OR

Join Oasis Chorale for a concert of rich choral music sung skillfully. We present "Radiant Dawn," a delightful set of works spanning hymn settings, the Russian choral tradition, South African folk song, the Baroque era, and settings by Karl Jenkins, James MacMillan, and Paul Mealor. Included in our concert is a new commission by Mennonite composer Wendell Glick.

“Awake, awake to love and work!” The opening line of our program captures a key aim of singing and the arts—to wake us out of our sleepy routines, to open us wide emotionally and mentally to God’s astonishing activity in and through his creation, to summon us to respond in our loving and our working.
