Do you find yourself easily enraged these days, less tolerant, more irritable than usual? This is for you if you think you might be in Perimenopause, in the midst of menopause or beyond.
Fluctuating hormones, especially declining oestrogen can affect our mood and seratonin levels, leaving us more sensitive and irritable. Come and explore this theme and understand what is happening in the body. We were learn how to work with these hot emotions, with Menopause yoga and breath work designed to soothe the nervous system and calm the mind. There will be circle time, journalling/reflection and a yoga nidra for deep rest. Teas & snacks included.
