Foundations of Fascial Counterstrain

Fascial Counterstrain (FCS) is a gentle form of manual therapy that targets dysfunction deep within the fascia that often creates symptoms in the musculoskeletal system.

𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 is the entry level course into the amazing world of neuro-fascial dysfunction. This 3 day course acts as the pre-requisite for the entire FCS series, providing students with approximately 10 of the most powerful techniques from key courses in the series. In addition, students will be carefully instructed in the FCS “Cranial Scan” which allows for instant diagnostic information regarding every system of the human body.
