About Michelle:
Michelle Smith, C-IAYT, MS Yoga Therapy, 500 ERYT has been teaching in various studios throughout NEPA for the past ten years including Melt Hot Yoga, The Salt Barre, and Steamtown Hot Yoga and Barre. Michelle found yoga from a place of desperation feeling crippled by work related anxiety. Over the past decade, Michelle credits yoga to helping her navigate through many challenging life circumstances, helping manage Crohn’s disease, and finding her true passion in life. Michelle manages The House of Care, an outpatient home for cancer patients in Danville, PA. Additionally, Michelle works as a yoga therapist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. Michelle has presented yoga practices at many institutions around the country including the NIH headquarters in Bethesda, MD.

About Lorraine Elick:

Lorraine Elick received her Vibrational Sound Therapy certification in Philadelphia Pa. with the Vibrational Sound Association. For the past several years she's worked privately with clients and also doing sound baths at local Yoga Studios with a room full of people. This modality is a method of deep relaxation that can relieve stress, improve emotional well-being and is both therapeutic and enjoyable.
