2 Stretch & 1 Pole Splits Workshop Day

11-12:15 Beginner & Intermediate back stretch workshop.
Learn how to safely and effectively improve back flexibility with an effective range of conditioning and stretching exercises. Working towards bridge and needle scale postures, with progressions and alternatives offered throughout. No experience necessary, we’ll meet you at your level.

12:30 - 1:45 All The Splits.
Working on front splits, middle splits and pancakes, learn the methods to increase flexibility, improve your alignment and improve ankle and knee lines too! Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.

2-3:15 All The POLE Splits.
Taking our flexibility goals up to the pole, this will be an Intermediate + workshop, discovering a range of shapes on the pole using front split techniques, middle split shapes and forward pancake folds. You do not need to be able to do any of the splits to join in this work shop, progressions and variations will always be available, with some floor based tricks too.

Workshops are £18 each, or you call do all 3 of £50!
