Immerse yourself in the transformative experience of walking a labyrinth. Studies have shown that walking a labyrinth can help our bodies trigger the relaxation response which is a deep state of relaxation in which the body releases chemicals that slow our breathing and heart rate β this is the exact opposite of when the body feels stress and anxiety.
Using our combination of labyrinth work and Solutions Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) β LABNOSISβ’ β we will guide you through the day explaining what happens in the brain when we experience anxiety and how we can work with you to alleviate this. Using SFH and a combination of finger labyrinths and a walking labyrinth we will focus on deep relaxation, breathing techniques, trance and mindfulness with a focus on your anxiety, held in a safe and calm space. We will teach you how to use a finger labyrinth so that when anxious feelings arise you will have a tool at hand to help you release them safely when at home.
This workshop is designed for small, intimate groups of no more than 6 people, ensuring personalized attention and care for each participant. Join us for a day of healing and self-discovery, focusing on your inner well-being and providing you with the support you need on your journey.
