Reiki-Infused Sound Bath - with Gina Cranford

Join Gina Cranford, as she leads this meditative journey using Reiki and Crystal Sound Bowls. As participants lay or sit comfortably around the space, we begin with some guided breathwork. Then Gina will play each crystal bowl, one at a time, for a few minutes each. Starting at the root, and ascending to the crown, all chakras will be stimulated and balanced. Then Gina plays various combinations of bowls—both harmonious, and dissonant, allowing for a release of stuck energies.
Participants have reported that Gina's Sound Bath events are the only time they have ever successfully reached a meditative state. Everyone will receive Reiki energy during the entire session. Each person will receive a personally chosen affirmation/mantra to take with them. Please bring a yoga mat. Blankets and other props are available to use at the studio. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand to get settled in. We will begin on time. $35/per person.
About Gina:
Gina is a Gendai Reiki Master and a Certified Bliss Bowls Sound Healing Practitioner. Her practice in Berlin is In Tune Mind and Body. Gina holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in music education from The University of Connecticut, is a certified Music Together instructor, and has been teaching all ages for many years. She has been a student/participant in many natural healing modalities for over 20 years. She lives in Berlin with her family.
