It’s Storytime!
At the Four Rivers Cultural Center, we’re passionate about sharing stories with our community and that’s why we’re bringing a free program full of tall tales straight to the slightly shorter members of Malheur County!
Join us from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for Toddler Storytime, an hour of stories, songs, and FREE fun crafts led by former elementary school teacher Krista Navarrete.
February 8th - Valentine's Day Party - TODDLER EDITION
May 10th - birds
August 9th - camping theme
November 8th - "Little Blue Truck" book series
This free program is designed to explore literacy, fine motor skills, and give children and their caregivers an opportunity to get their wiggles out while having fun!
What you need to know
Perfect for children ages 2-5. Families are welcome! Caregiver MUST be present.
Storytime focuses on developing reading skills, songs to encourage movement, a fine motor activity to teach motor skills and a craft.
Instructor Bio:
Krista Navarrete is an elementary school teacher who turned to stay at home mom. She was born and raised in Ontario, OR. In her free time, Krista enjoys teaching, reading, crafting, and running after her kids.
