SUP Fit and Flow June 25th

Participants will get a SUP 101 instruction and paddle specific warm up on land. We will padddle over to set our anchors to get SUP fit, fusing strength training, yoga, and fun. There are two ticket prices- Paddlers can BYOB (bring their own board) or have equipment provided. PFD and leashes must be on your water craft. It's advised to have an anchor if bringing your own equipment as the "with equipment" tickets get priority to available anchors.
