Steffi is also able to offer individual Biomechanics sessions with EQ Bands and video analysis. This is a valuable tool which looks at riders symmetry alignment and balance. The cost for this is £77 per person for a 60min session which includes video/ photo analysis which will be sent to you via WhatsApp on the following days.
