Bump Start is a FREE weekly group for expectant parents to connect with each other and build their village. We have a themed discussion and guest speaker each week to support you through your pregnancy, birth and transition to parenthood.
This week we will be joined by Sharon and Kay from South Lakeland Family Hubs.
South Lakeland Family Hubs is a new service provided by Westmorland & Furness Council. This service replaces the Children's Centres formerly run by Action for Children.
During this session, Sharon and Kay will be talking about and demonstrating bathing, changing and dressing your baby. This will be a practical, hands-on session to help you prepare for looking after your newborn.
