Course content
This is a Level one workshop which will enable you to practice Reiki on yourself, family and friends and begin a journey of self discovery and healing. You will require Level two in order to become a Certified practitioner.

How to use Reiki
Preparation – Grounding, Protection & Smudging
Your Attunements (three given during the course)
Giving Reiki Treatments
Performing Hatsurei-ho

Using Reiki with other therapies
Delivered in one day with some pre course work and preparation 2 weeks prior to the training followed by 3 weeks post course work following the course. Comes with comprehensive learning manual and accredited certificate.

Included – Comprehensive learning manual, materials, Accredited Practitioner Certificate, light refreshments, tea, coffee, herbal teas & water. Please bring a packed lunch with you.
