The space will be welcoming and nurturing, allowing you to unwind and explore your edges at your own pace. Alongside the group teachings, personalised guidance will be given to support your journey and help you develop your personal practice.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful surroundings, swim in the river and connect around the fire. Most importantly, we will have time to laugh, play, dance and reconnect to the simple joy of being together in nature.
