Join Chef HollyB, owner of Norway Country Bakery and baking instructor at MATC, for a series of cooking demos. Holly enjoys showing how easy cooking can be and how eliminating the bad stuff doesn't mean it has to taste bad. Enjoy classes that focus on dairy free and eggless options. Each class is 90 minutes featuring a PowerPoint presentation, a demonstration, a light, hands on skill application, and take home items including an educational packet with the content of the class including recipes. We may even try some goodies during class. Bring pen and paper to take notes. Space is limited so save your spot.
