Based in Brooklyn, NY, Sid was born in Portland, Oregon but raised in Sydney, Australia. He then moved to New York in his early teens but attended high school in Shanghai, China before returning to New York, climbed into a van and headed off on a months long road trip around the country. Sid Simons and The Darlings have played shows with Franz Ferdinand, Modern English and more.

With a sound that is reminiscent of Razorlight and The Strokes, this is one of only 4 U.K. shows.
