2025 Back to School Health Fair

PLEASE NOTE- Due to construction at the Midland County Services Building, the Health Fair will be held across the street at St. Brigid Catholic Church gymnasium.

SERVICES OFFERED (with no out of pocket cost):

-Immunizations

-Lead Capillary/Hemoglobin Screening (ages 1-6)

-Kindergarten Oral Health Assessment (KOHA) Screening on the Great Lakes Dental Bus
--Dental services beyond KOHA screening will be billed to participating insurance or individual.
--Fluoride option available w/ participating insurance.

-Car Seat Safety Check (1pm-5pm)
