In this hands-on cooking class you will be elbow deep in flour to make tortillas from scratch. With only 5 ingredients you can have fresh tortillas for dinner and once you have had them you will never go back to store bought.
We will show you how to use the tortilladora to press the tortillas. You will prepare chicken Carnitas Tacos - muy delicioso! Our menu will be complete with a fresh Mexican Street Corn Salad, Guacamole, and Fried Ice Cream with Fudge Sauce.
