This special one-hour workshop invites you to honor the turning of the seasons through a blend of movement, creativity, music, and ritual—a space to reconnect, reflect, and shine.

In this workshop we will explore gentle solstice yoga, intuitive art, joyful, heart-led group chanting and an herbal tea closing, all to celebrate the sun and the spirit of community.
