Experience a transformative Sacred Sound Journey in a calm and welcoming space filled with the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, the mysterious healing tones and vibration of gongs and a repertoire of sacred sound instruments to create a vortex of self-healing and inner peace to restore the mind-body-heart connection.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolsters, pillow and optional eye mask if you have them. If not we have extra to share! You will be lying on the floor so we want to make sure you are comfortable. Bring water if desired and please arrive early 10-15 minutes early to check in and find your space.
