Meet Your Instructor: Jen Vogtmann, Reiki Master Teacher
Jen Vogtmann is a Reiki Master Teacher, with a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD), and serves as a end-of-life doula with over 23 years of experience in clinical practice. Her career spans a wide range of settings—including hospitals, home health, skilled nursing, hospice, and pediatric therapy—giving her a deep and well-rounded understanding of how to support the whole person across the lifespan.
Jen has completed a year-long apprenticeship with Shamanic Worldwide and has trained Master-level occupational therapy students in Reiki Level I and II for both personal and professional use. She is certified in both Usui and Shamanic Reiki, and teaches them as distinct paths of healing.
Her trauma-informed and heart-centered approach creates a safe, welcoming space for students. Jen brings Reiki into her daily work—especially in wellness coaching, hospice and palliative care—to offer energetic comfort, emotional grounding, and spiritual peace to those in transition.
