06/25/25: Future Life Progression Workshop: Hypnosis & Art at BU2BFull Hypnosis

Join two empowering women: Connie of Bu2Bfull Hypnosis and Stephanie of Stephanie Locchetta Art in a collaborative workshop combining hypnosis and art. This will be a group experience where you will have a Future Life Progression hypnosis session. A future life progression is a technique used in hypnosis where a person is led to mentally journey into their future to experience and explore different life scenarios. The process involves assessing the subconscious mind to envision future experience, events, and possibilities that might unfold in one's life. It is similar to past life regressions, but instead of looking backward, the person is guided forward in time.

This technique is then paired with an art project done on canvas (no art experience needed) to visually capture your experience and create a visual guide for you to anchor the memory. Although this is NOT a vision board, it has similar concepts in that you are visually creating on canvas what you desire for your future. Allow the Law of Attraction to begin!

No prior experience required
All art supplies are included
All comfort supplies (yoga mat, blanket, bolsters) for the hypnosis session are included
Light refreshments will be provided
