2025 CROSS COUNTRY & ELITE CAMPS & SPEED CAMPS SESSION II Week 1

The training focus is maintaining fitness during the summer for High School and Junior High athletes as well as an introduction to running for the novice (runners will be grouped by ability). Ages 5 and up.

* Learn an elite core routine from trainer.

* Work with a world-class coach and talk about the best training for you

* Listen to the pros talk about running after high school and college

* Practice breakthrough form and technique drills

Cross country camp is designed to take an athlete from where they are to a ready state for the up coming cross-country season. It is also designed to teach athletes about the different methods of training.

All 5 -18yr old athletes are welcome to join
