Music & Movement: Our Multi-Colored Natural World

Sing, dance, chant, listen to music, move, and play instruments, while exploring the patterns and sounds that make up our language.

This Summer, we'll Color Our World and use color-coded instruments (handbells, chime bars, and Boomwackers) each week for musical games and activities!

Each month, the books we read will focus on a different theme:

June 2025: Color - We’ll read books featuring the wonderful colors that make up our world.

July 2025: Art - We'll explore stories about art and artists of all kinds!

August 2025: Our Multi-Colored Natural World - We'll learn about the colorful plants, animals, and minerals in our environment.

This musical storytime is designed to promote language development and reading readiness skills while providing young children with joyful introductions to a variety of music and music-making experiences. Also a great storytime experience for active children who do not enjoy sitting still!

For ages 0-6 with parent or other caring adult. Registration is not required.

You are welcome to come for one Monday, several Mondays, or all Mondays!
