Free bike helmets, free books, and so much more!
The library's parking lot will be closed to vehicles. Kids are invited to bring their bikes/scooters and enjoy free riding in the parking lot. Other activities will include face painting, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, hula hooping, and more! Kids can get a free bike helmet, and can get a free book if they sign up for the library's summer reading encouragement program.
Community partners at this year's event will include:
Penn Yan Police Department will be on site doing helmet fittings.
Yates Community Center will be on site making healthy banana splits.
