Met with Sam McKinney and Lynn Huskins at the Orchard today to plan this year's Charlie McKinney Reunion. It is set for July 26 & 27!
We will have a covered dish lunch on Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 noon! On Saturday morning At 9:00 AM, we will have a few volunteers to guide those interested to several Cemeteries in Mitchell County and McDowell County.
We need all those interesting in showing their musical and singing skills will be welcome, just let me know! We will have the stage open Saturday and Sunday evenings!
We will have Poster Boards with Charlie's wife's and their children.
We will have some that will help in FINDING your KINSHIP TO CHARLIE! PLEASE CONTACT ME TO ARRANGE YOUR TIME TO PICK & GRIN! Hopefully Rhonda Gunter, Randy McCllelan, Gary and Joan Fobes, Greg Burnette, Tony McCall, David Biddix and family and Terry McKinney will also be helping us!
