The second in Samphire Rottnest’s four-part Home Grown dining series, this exclusive evening celebrates the pristine waters and rugged charm of Tasmania.

Begin your evening with freshly shucked St Helen oysters, prepared live by Jerry the King of Oysters, alongside Tasmanian green lip abalone and wild scampi caviar. Followed by Tasmanian salmon cottage pie, lamb rack with smoked eggplant, and warm apple tart.

Paired with cool-climate wines from Tasmania’s most celebrated producers, this is an immersive journey through one of Australia’s most renowned culinary regions.

$210: set-menu with select premium wines.

$800 for dinner for two, return ferries on Rottnest Express and accommodations in our Poolside Suite
