Nordic Walking is a low-impact exercise that enhances the benefits of traditional walking by incorporating specially designed poles. It engages the entire body, improving balance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.

Aimed at complete beginners, this in-depth 2hr session will teach you the fundamentals of the Nordic Walking technique, setting you up to then enjoy Nordic walks on your own or with a group. The intensity of the session will be adapted to individual needs / abilities.
