Armed Forces Day Show

Mean OldTimers are working with the St George’s Garrison Church Trust and CC events to once again put on a display of vintage and classic vehicles at Woolwich Barrack Field. This year’s event is on June 28th this year for Armed Forces Day.

In all, more than fifty vehicles participated in last year’s event, and we hope to improve on that number this year. Many owners said last year was the best one yet, so we need to raise the bar even higher!

We are inviting other clubs to join us – if you are a member of a club you think might like to be involved,, please feel free to suggest it, and put them in touch.

It will also be open to non-members on an individual basis, so please share with friends

All vehicles need to commit to be there until 4pm, though the event goes on till 10pm, and anyone is welcome to stay until the end if they wish; as always, if you have to leave in an emergency, we will try to get you off the field, but please ask for an escort, as the field will be busy with the public. Usual rules and regs apply on speed limits, common sense etc!
