This is a free, hands-on cooking experience, and we encourage participants to bring their own takeaway containers to share the food with their whānau.

👩‍🍳 This Session’s Menu:

• Boiled Pork with Dipping Fish Sauce (Thịt luộc chấm mắm) – Tender slices of boiled pork served with a classic Vietnamese dipping fish sauce, creating a simple yet flavourful dish.

• Spinach Soup with Crab (Cải bó xôi nấu cua) – A light and comforting soup made with fresh spinach and crab, offering a delicate sweetness and rich umami flavour.

• Herbs, Pickled Vegetables, and Pickled Eggplant (Rau thơm, Dưa chua, Cà pháo) – A refreshing side of fragrant herbs, tangy pickled vegetables, and crunchy pickled eggplant, perfectly complementing the meal.
