Join us for an exciting weekend of dance trapeze training with Lauren Kehl! Drawing from Movement First Aerial, Lauren’s own methodology focuses on understanding foundational movement patterns to create strength, efficiency, and artistry in the air.
This workshop is designed for students who want to deepen their understanding of trapeze technique, explore movement theory, and build foundations for dynamic skills. We will explore how to use sequencing to move around the apparatus, and dive into the theory behind the *why* and *how* of working on trapeze, as well as how you can use the theory to create your own sequences and choreography.
You can expect to spend plenty of time rolling around on the bar as well as in the ropes, and leave with new tools to further your technical and artistic trapeze journey.
