TOPIC: Irrigation
SPEAKER: TBA
SUMMER POTLUCK: We are starting 30 minutes early, so we can host our summer potluck. Please bring an entree, side dish, salad, or dessert. The club will provide grilled/roasted chicken. PLEASE RSVP here so we know how many people to get chicken for.
The general public as well as CRFG members from all chapters are invited to come to our meeting (though we hope we'll talk you into joining us - we do have a lot of fun, and learn a lot about growing fruit).
MEETING LOCATION: Sunken Garden patio. To the west of the main parking lot.
Parking is free.
TASTING AND SHARING TABLE: It's great to share in each otherβs harvests, trying and learning about new and different varieties of fruit. So feel free to bring any of your current harvest, preserved fruits, or just anything created in your kitchen.
Also cuttings, seeds, or plant starts are always welcome to share with others (just no Citrus cuttings because of the quarantine).
Non-members (and expired members) will have an opportunity to become a member (or renew). For the minimum level, try to bring exactly $41 in cash or bring a check - minimum level to join national is $29 which includes 6 electronic magazines to the Fruit Gardener, plus chapter dues are $12. To get the gorgeous hard-copy color magazines mailed to you it is $39 plus $12 chapter dues, totaling $51. Other memberships (i.e. multi-year or lifetime) available, price varies.
