Cost: Free
A free, six-week program at PASWFL designed to help caregivers of persons with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) manage stress, improve communication, and build confidence while caring for a loved one. Led by trained facilitators, sessions cover self-care, stress reduction, communication, and decision-making.
