2025 July 4th Run for Hunger 5K, Color Foam Run and Bicycle Parade

Join The Well Outreach and the Spring Hill Parks and Recreation Dept for the best July 4th ever featuring a timed 5K for Race Enthusiasts, a Color Foam Run for Everyone, and a Children’s July 4th Bicycle Parade!

Best of all…these all support The Well Food Pantry so that together we can feed local families in need!

-Timed 5K: 7am
-Color Foam Run: 8am
-Bicycle Parade: 9am

There’s also “sleep-in” options to support if you want to help out but not run, plus prizes for the top 3 Race Pledge fundraisers!
