We are offering group conservation activities to 7 to 18 year olds as part of our Green & Active Project. You will work with Bracknell Forest Council's professional Parks & Countryside Rangers to help out at a variety of local green sites.
Bracken was originally a woodland species but has expanded its range as it is very invasive and grows vigorously and tends outcompete other plants. Now it occurs in a wide range of habitats in the UK. So please come along to this session to help us take care of some of this noticeable threat!
All you need to bring is gardening gloves, boots, clothes you don't mind getting dirty, and enthusiasm!
To express an interest, please contact our Project Coordinator Caroline by calling us on 01344 304 404 or fill out an application form: https://bit.ly/Green-Active-Register
Further tasks can be found on our website: htpps://involve.community/green-active
