Fort Ticonderoga Teacher Institute

The Fort Ticonderoga Teacher Institute focuses on the War for American Independence, exploring the Revolution through five themes: Power of Place, Subjects, Citizens, Service, Revolutionary Possibilities, Shaping Nations, Forging Identities, and Manufacturing Independence. The workshop combines readings, hands-on work with documents and artifacts, and engagement with historic sites and landscapes.
