Making Rolled Chocolate Truffles

In this 1.5 hour hands-on class, you will learn how to make rolled chocolate truffles. Note: These are called truffles based on their shape. We will not use truffles (found on tree roots) as ingredients. Take home what you make! Classes are for adults; tweens and teens welcome with supportive adults. Not suitable for people with dairy sensitivities.
