Class 2: Proteins – Learn how to select, cut, and cook a variety of proteins
Class 3: Grains & Starches – Discover how to prepare rice, pasta, potatoes and grains
Class 4: Egg Cookery – Explore different methods for cooking eggs

Classes will include detailed notes, simple recipes, and helpful resources that reinforce the skills learned, giving you the tools needed to become a confident home cook.
