The date is set for the 8th Annual Glow Rowraiser which supports the Dancer Love Foundation (www.dancerlove.org).
The Dancer Love Foundation is a nonprofit that empowers individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities through fitness, education, and love.
Gather a team of 8-10 friends, co-workers, and family members to row a marathon together. In previous years we've had firefighters, high school and college athletes, businesses, and professional athletes. Anyone and everyone can participate in the event, even if you havenβt rowed a day in your life. Its a friendly competition!
Feel free to add anyone who you think may be interested in being on a team. If you know of anyone who would like to be an official sponsor of the event or volunteer please let me know!
Many times teams have their employer or company sponsor an entire team for $500. The donation to sponsor a team is tax deductible and the company will be recognized & advertised at the event.
