Did you know that there is growing scientific evidence that cognitive decline, Alzheimer's and dementia may be prevented, reduced or reversed? Join us at the Windsor Public Library for session 1 of Tips to Optimize Vitality on Thursday, July 17 at 6:00 PM. Come learn easy, simple, drug-free habits that you can do that may help prevent, reduce, or reverse cognitive decline, and strategies to optimize brain health, based on the latest information. The second part will be held on Thursday, July 24 at 6:00 PM. While attendance at both programs is recommended, it is not required you attend both sessions. No registration required.
