The Smugglers Bail Out returns on Sat 28th June!
Scoundrels & Bootleggers, the Kings men are coming! Grab your contraband and escape from the The Jamaica Inn!
Start at noon with the revenue men hot on your heels, take only the essentials and get as far away from the Jamaica Inn as possible! You have a 30 minute head start before the hunters set out to track you down….
Scoundrels & Bootleggers who get the furthest away from The Jamaica Inn as the crow flies will be crowned chief Rum Runners 2025! Scoundrels have 4 hours and Bootleggers have 8 hours.
This event is in support of East Cornwall Search & Rescue Team

All runners will be issued gps trackers and are monitored / supported for the duration of the event. Runners may head off in any direction but must to stick to public rights of way and adhere to event restrictions. Runners have to make their own way home at the end of the event & return the tracker (see terms & conditions).
Smugglers who are 'caught' are still permitted to continue but will be listed as hung, drawn and quartered.....obviously...
